Our press room is equipped with advanced technology to meet all your commercial printing needs. We utilize the Komori Lithrone 40” 4-color press with a coater, featuring closed-loop color control and Press Tune print standardization software, as well as the Komori Lithrone 40” 6-color press with an Anilox coater, also equipped with Press Tune software. For smaller format printing, we use the Ryobi 3302, a 2-color press with 12 x 18 capabilities, ensuring exceptional quality and precision.
In our wide-format department, we deliver exceptional versatility and quality with cutting-edge equipment. This includes the Fluid Color Flatbed UV Printer, the Fluid Color Hybrid UV Printer, the Roland SOLJET Pro4 XR-640 Eco Solvent Printer, and the Epson Dye Sublimation Printer. To ensure precise cutting and finishing, we also utilize the Kongsberg X24 Edge Digital Cutting Table and the Colex Sharpcut Flatbed Digital Cutting Table.
Our digital printing solutions are designed to be efficient and deliver high-quality results. We rely on two Xerox Versant 4100 machines, complemented by the Xerox D110, to meet a wide range of digital printing needs with superior consistency and reliability.
For folding carton production, our advanced finishing equipment ensures precision and flexibility. The Brausse 40” flatbed die cutter features scrapping capabilities for clean and efficient results, while the Signature 110 folding carton gluer handles a variety of designs, including 4- and 6-corner, autolock, and single side seam configurations. The Leary Glue system adds further accuracy with glue detection and barcode scanning.
Our commercial bindery department is equipped to handle a variety of finishing needs with precision and efficiency. We utilize three Polar 115EM programmable cutters for accurate trimming. Our folding machines include the MBO B26 Folder (26 x 40) with two right angles, the Stahl TD 78 Folder (30.5 x 50.25) with three right angles, and the Stahl 1B20 Folder, providing versatility for different projects. For saddle stitching, we rely on the Omega2 Saddle Stitcher and the Muller Martini Saddle Stitcher, both featuring 6 pockets with a cover feeder to handle multi-page projects seamlessly.
We also offer specialized finishing services with a range of advanced equipment. For die cutting, we use the Kluge Cylinder Press as well as the Heidelberg Cylinder Press, available in both 22 x 30 and KSBA 18 x 23 models. Drilling is handled with the Challenge 3-Hole Drill Press, while shrink wrapping is completed using the Eastey EM28T Shrink Wrapper and the Lantech Shrink Wrapper with a heat tunnel. Additional tools include the Rhin-Tuff Plasti Coil Machine, the Morgana Electro Creaser 36, the Standard SRN9 Rotary Numbering Machine, and the Felins MS420 Banding Machine, which supports both clear plastic and paper materials.
